The location was excellent, could walk everywhere from here. Bus and train station over the road. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. Easy check in.

Our stay at Scandic Europa made our trip and experience unbelievably special . it’s something we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were amazing: spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service, making us feel genuinely welcome at every turn. The restaurant was a highlight, offering top-quality food that delighted our taste buds with every meal. The attention to detail and the quality of the dishes truly set it apart. The location couldn’t have been better — central to everything with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city’s best sights. Most importantly, Scandic Europa made our special occasion a truly unforgettable experience. We can not thank the entire team enough for their exceptional hospitality. The hotel is located across the rail station, a 2-min walk from the train/bus stop, which is super helpful. The room was very spacious, bright, had a lot of natural light, was also very clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable. I particularly liked that there was an iron and ironing board available (I really needed one, so it was very helpful). The restaurant and bar areas are very spacious, they serve an amazing breakfast (included in the price) with a lot of options available to start your day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, either for leisure or business.

Really nice hotel with swimming pool, gym and sauna. The staff was helpful and nice. The location is defnitely great, basically in the city centre, next to the big mall and well connected with rest of the city and airport as Central Station is there. The breakfast was really great!

The location is very good next to a big shopping center. The bus and train station are across the road which was very handy and there are several tram stops. The breakfast is nice and there's enough variety. The staff was kind. The room itself is very basic but clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. There's a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Location could not be better: very close to the train station where you can get buses and trams to all other areas of the city, and also literally next to a shopping centre which has everything you might need. Staff were also fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast had a great selection.

Absolutely everything!!!! The room was very good (had booked a king). Breakfast was fantastic. So many options for different types of food. They had catered really well for gluten free, lactose intolerant etc. The gym was very good and not too busy at 7am. Pool and sauna were also superb (you do have to book a time slot for those, but that was all explained at reception on check-in). Staff were very friendly and helpful too. They also offer an early breakfast option if you need to leave before main breakfast starts. Location is ideal - a stones throw from the train station / bus terminal (where the airport shuttle bus goes from). Easily walkable into main town and beyond.

Staff at front desk where really nice, breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant had lod of space even though there where many people (Easter holiday and kids soccer tournament). Location is the best - right in the middle of Gothenburg with easy access to everything!

Room was clean, pillows very comfortable, bathroom and bathtub were excellent. Fully renovated. Breakfast was perhaps the best I had so far with very fresh ingredients and a vast selection. Coffee was also amazing, freshly brewed.

The location was very convenient, literally across from the Gothenburg Central station which was great as we had an early morning train out and next it also next to Nordstan shopping. The staff were super friendly especially when we had one of our luggage delivered to the hotel as it didn't make it onto our flight. I didn't expect much with the breakfast but it was great! There was meatballs, bacon, crepes, yoghurt, granola, fruits, bread, ham, cheese etc. and all sorts of drinks - coffee, tea, juice and even sparkling water. We didn't managed to wake up early enough for breakfast the second morning when we left to our next destination. It turns out you can have an early breakfast if you're checking out real early. I used to the gym which was basic but had enough facilities to do a good work out. I wished I had my swimmers with me to use the pool and sauna.
